1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Bajiok and any person who registers an account, accesses the platform, or uses any service offered by Bajiok. The platform is operated for players in Bangladesh and all services are provided in BDT.

By accessing Bajiok — whether through the website or the mobile app — you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf, that you are not prohibited from using online gaming services, and that you accept these terms without reservation. 2 Eligibility

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration and for keeping that information up to date. Bajiok uses the information on your account for identity verification, payment processing, and communication. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify Bajiok support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not allow any other person to use your Bajiok account.
• Do not transfer funds between Bajiok accounts.

Bajiok is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their login credentials.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on Bajiok are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash and Nagad. Bajiok does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits are credited to your Bajiok wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within a reasonable time, contact Bajiok support with your transaction reference number.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳50.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your name.
• Bajiok may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to wagering requirements being met in full.
• Bajiok reserves the right to limit withdrawal amounts in cases of suspected fraud or policy violation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.

• Bets confirmed by the system are final and cannot be reversed.

• Using chargebacks or payment disputes to recover funds that were legitimately wagered.
• Sharing or selling your Bajiok account credentials to any third party.
• Attempting to access Bajiok systems beyond your own account.

Bajiok monitors platform activity for signs of fraudulent or abusive behaviour. Where such behaviour is identified, Bajiok reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold any balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

• Unauthorised account access resulting from a player's failure to secure their credentials.

In all cases, Bajiok's maximum liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's Bajiok wallet at the time of the relevant incident.

11 Account Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship governed by these terms at any time. Players may close their Bajiok account by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to identity verification and provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply.

Bajiok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where:

• A player has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour has been identified.
• A player is found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these terms.
• A player has initiated an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed by Bajiok due to a terms violation, any balance derived from bonus funds or fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Real-money deposits will be returned where legally required.

12 Changes to These Terms

Bajiok may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Bajiok will notify registered players via the email address on their account or through a notice displayed on the platform. The updated terms will take effect from the date of publication on this page.

Continued use of Bajiok after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
